BEAUTIFUL ROMANCE


This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of psp

Supplies needed:

PSP 11 (any version will work)

Tube of choice: I'm using the wonderful artwork of Keith Garvey, you can purchase his awesome tubes at: mypsptubes.com

Scrapkit: Romance by Tamie : addicitivepleasures.blogspot.com

Font of choice

Ok lets get started...

 

Open a blank canvas 700x550 and flood fill white, we can crop and resize later.

Open a paper of choice from scrapkit and paste as a new layer, open the black drapes from scrapkit and resize to suit the size of the paper and paste as a new layer over the paper, add drop shadow.

Open the frame from scrapkit and resize to suit the size of paper and drape and paste as a new layer over the paper and drape, add drop shadow.

Open the red ribbons from scrapkit and resize and paste as a new layer and position to the upper left part of the frame, duplicate and mirror, add drop shadow.

Now go to the background layer and open the black lace from scrapkit and resize and paste as a new layer and position so that its peeking out from behind the frame...do this to all 4 sides, add drop shadow.

Open the rose doodles from scrapkit and resize and paste as a new layer and position to one of the frame corners and duplicate and mirror so all 4 sides of frame have rose doodles, add drop shadow.

open the charm bracelet from scrapkit and resize and your going to have to crop it and paste one half underneath the frame and the other half over the frame so that it looks like its hanging from the corner of frame, do this to both sides of upper frame.

Now open your tube of choice and crop in half, go to the drape layer and paste the tube as a new layer and positon in the center of the frame, go to the top current layer and paste the upper half of the tube as a new layer and position the tube so that it is connected again with the lower part of the tube (make sure to match the seams up so that it doesn't look like the tube was ever cropped).

Add elements of choice to finish embelling: butterflies, flowers, champagne, etc.

Add copyright , add font , crop & resize if desired, Merge All.
